Job Description

Role Overview
  • As a Business Development Manager at Walexbiz Group, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of companies. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies that align with our overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Research, Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Walexbiz market presence.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused both on revenue generation, financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Experience in handling tenders and bid writing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions, create compelling proposals and presentations and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate business development efforts.


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Understanding and application of complex sales techniques and track record creating, negotiating and closing multi-million large-scale deals.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and familiarity with digital marketing framework and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
