Job Description
- Source private & public contracts for the company
- Identifying bid submission opportunities through market research
- Identifying opportunities for tender proposals
- Write standard proposals as required by each bid
- Developing and executing bid strategies that align with company goals
- Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring public & private tender portals
- Managing bidding budgets,resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions
- Manage contracts from first bid stage to closing/completion
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices in bid management
- Negotiating contracts in the favor of the organization
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
Job Requirement
- HND or B.SC in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a bid manager or similar role
- Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts
- Knowledge of Nigerian Government procurement processes and regulations
- Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, development and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal management
- Attention to details and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.
