- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.
- Experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of software sales cycles, SaaS models, and cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, cybersecurity, AI, or other tech solutions (depending on the company’s focus).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Strong leadership and team management experience to motivate and guide sales teams.
- Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies.
